1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply for all business relations between you as a customer and the online store www.zzuza.com. By registering at this site you agree to the general terms and conditions published on this site. The product provider is the company Anvida d.o.o., C.II grupe odredov 63b, 1261 Ljubljana-Dobrunje, registration number: 337756300, tax identification number: SI95538283.


2. Contracting party
2.1 Customer is a natural or a legal person.
2.2 A natural person is the registered user who acquires or uses goods for purposes outside his gainful activity.
2.3 A natural or a legal person is the registered user who performs gainful activity.

3. Orders
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online store shall not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button „Add to cart“you can select a product and add it to your cart. You can add or remove products from your cart until the completion of the purchase (the button “complete the purchase”).
3.2 For successful completion of the purchase you must first open an account. The account is password-protected and the password is secret and known to the user only. You can access the account by clicking the button “My account”. Under the same connection you can view all your open, closed and dispatched orders, overview of executed transactions and can update you profile.
3.3 The receipt of your order will be confirmed, together with the acceptance of the order, by an automated email immediately after it has been submitted to us. The receipt of the order does not yet mean that the order has been received. After the product availability check you will receive a notification containing the details of your order on the e-mail address you provided when you registered.
3.4 The purchase contract between you as the costumer and the company Anvida d.o.o. is valid and shall be concluded after we confirm your order (order confirmation) and you receive an e-mail containing the details of your order.

4. Accuracy of content
4.1 The descriptions, dimensions and explanations of the presented products are provided to us by the manufacturers and can, therefore, not be completely reliable and we cannot be held responsible for them.
4.2 Due to a number of factors (internet browsers, colour contrasts) we cannot be held reliable for any kind of differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
4.3 Information about prices, promotions and special offers are valid at the time of contract award unless in the case of a manifest error. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice.
4.4 User contact information is entered and updated by the users themselves; therefore, we accept no liability for the accuracy of the user contact information entered. We take no responsibility for errors (such as delayed delivery) that are a result of incorrect user contact information entered.
4.5 User ordering a purchase as a natural (for personal use) as well as a legal person must open two different accounts.

5. Termination and cancellations
5.1 Customer has the right to cancel his order until he is notified that the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service.
5.2 Customer has the right to notify the company about returning the purchased product within 30 days of product receipt. The return notification (with the number of the account and your checking account number) must be sent to our e-mail address info@zzuza.com and the goods must be returned to us in no later than 30 days to the address Anvida d.o.o.,C.II grupe odredov 63b, 1261 Ljubljana-Dobrunje. The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in unchanged quantity and in the original packaging, unless the goods has been damaged, broken, lost or its quantity has been reduced, but through no fault of the consumer. If these rules will not be abided by and there is evidence of it, the returned goods will not be accepted. The purchase price refund will be executed to your checking account in no later than 30 days after the contract cancellation.
5.3 If we assess that the goods has not been returned in the same condition that it was in when the customer purchased it, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

6. Reclamation
6.1 In accordance with valid legislation the customer has the right to claim reclamation if the goods he received was damaged. In order to seek reclamation you need the original invoice. You can contact us at info@zzuza.com regarding any questions you may have about reclamation.

7. Terms of payment
7.1 Following payment methods are possible:
- on a website with a credit / debit card with a logo Visa, Visa Electron, Activa, Mastercard and Maestro
- cash on delivery (in some countries)
- Pay Pal
- money transfer
7.2 If you chose cash on delivery you pay the ordered products when you receive them in cash to the GLS Delivery service.
7.3 A credit / debit card is immediately debited for the amount of the purchase.
7.4 All credit card payments are subject to verification and approval by your card manufacturer. If the card manufacturer rejects the payment we are not responsible for the delay in delivery.

8. Delivery of goods to countries outside the European Union
8.1 We deduct VAT to orders being delivered outside of the European Union. However, the customer may have to pay import taxes and duties in his own country. Tax rate vary from country to country. For further information contact your local bureau of customs in your country.

9. Delivery of goods to legal persons in the European Union
9.1 Legal persons who submit their tax identification number at the registration will receive a VAT excluded invoice. The recipient of the goods is obliged to pay VAT in their country.

10. Delivery time
10.1 The delivery time depends on the country the customer is from, on the delivery service and on the availability of the product in stock. You will receive an e-mail notifying you about the estimated delivery time. It is our goal to deliver your product within the deadline stated in your order confirmation. We are working towards delivering your products in the shortest period of time possible, but we cannot ensure the completeness of the delivery dates. Should the delivery deadline be unexpectedly extended we inform the customer over the telephone, per e-mail or per post. We do not settle the costs that are a result of a potential delay in delivery, loss or unavailability of the product. We fully refund the purchase price for the goods that was paid for in advanced, but was not delivered.
10.2 The customer receives an SMS notifying him about the delivery before the delivery is made.
10.3 In some cases it is possible to set the location of the delivery in advance. In an SMS informing you about the delivery of the goods you also receive the delivery service telephone number (if it is an express delivery service) which you can call to arrange with the delivery service about the location of the delivery. By a prior agreement it is possible in Slovenia to collect your delivery at the locations of the GLS business partners at Tobačna 3dva d.o.o., OMV Slovenia d.o.o. and Big Bang d.o.o.. 10.4 At the first failed attempt of delivery the delivery service leaves you a notification about the received delivery. The notification includes the package number and the telephone number of the delivery service which you should call to arrange about the time and the location of the delivery.
10.5 I the recipient of the delivery is on vacation the delivery service will by prior notification from the recipient keep the package for no longer than 10 days and will than try to deliver the package again. It depends on the delivery service for how long they will keep the recipient’s package. If the delivery fails again the delivery service will send the package back to the sender.
10.6 The delivery service reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient of the delivery (insight into personal or other documents) for the purpose of ensuring the delivery to the right recipient.

11. Shipping rates
11.1 Shipping rate depends on the value of the order and the customer’s place of residence. Shipping costs are calculated based on the gross weight of the order.
11.2 (Valid only in Slovenia) In accordance with terms and conditions of the GLS delivery service you will be charged an additional delivery fee (based on the GLS pricelist) if you selected the cash on delivery payment method.

For cash payment:
1.0 EUR (for the amounts up to 500.00 EUR)
1,20 % of the amount (for the amounts up to 2.000,00 EUR)
For charge and credit cards:
In addition to already charged cash on delivery service the bank will also charge you a 1,43 % commission.

12.1 Occasionally this page also contains links to other sites, which does not mean that we do not support this website. We are not responsible for the content of these other sites, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for the use of these sites.

13. Property rights
13.2 The goods shall remain our property until full payment of the price.

14. Jurisdiction
14.1 By registration and the use of the online store www.zzuza.com you agree that the Slovenian courts have jurisdiction over all dispute settlements. All parties to the agreement, regardless of their actual geographical, national belonging or affiliation, agree that in the context of these services they are bound exclusively by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Provisions of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply for the disputes related to this agreement. All the disputes and legal proceedings related to this agreement, the use and activity of services fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Court of Ljubljana.

15. General
15.1 The company Anvida d.o.o. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the products are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. We recommend that you check the terms and conditions posted on the website regularly to ensure that you are aware of any updates.
